I've spent 20+ years in customer-facing roles across some of the most demanding industries in the world — mining, semiconductors, industrial tech, across three continents. Sales, business development, commercial strategy — I've sat across the table from customers at every level and in every context.
My edge has always been connecting the dots. Engineering gave me the systems thinking. Growing up Swiss-Australian and building a career across Europe, Asia, Russia, and the US gave me a different lens — higher standards when it comes to how things are built, how they scale, and how they hold up under pressure.
Now I apply that same thinking to AI and automation — building real tools in public, documenting everything, and helping people cut through the noise to find what actually works for their situation.
